Jeffrey Jenkins has two very distinct areas of expertise – wealth management and baseball. The thread that connects the two is coaching. Coaching his players and coaching his clients is where you see his passion for education, growth, development, success, and the sanctity of the team dynamic transition into results. Results that include tournament winning competitive baseball teams and clients with truly wholistic financial plans because they are treated like unique members of his family.

Jeff’s natural approach is to keep things simple. The initial client meeting is all about listening with a ‘No Agenda’ agenda. The client’s personal story and needs dictate the flow and direction of the meeting. He determines the next steps and creates a game-plan based on the individual then executes rationally and strategically – removing emotion.

Jeff educates clients in the way they choose – offering as little or as much information as they want – to meet their needs for knowledge and comfort. Client engagement is not cookie cutter with Jeff. It is based on each individual’s circumstances, goals, and timelines. His style is best suited for people he can grow with. Growth is not an indication of age but an indication of mindset.

Many of MFG’s clients are multi-generational with some family lines being 3 generations deep and quickly approaching the 4th generation. We were built on baby boomers thanks to the legacy of Richard Jenkins and over the years the client base has naturally expanded to include their kids and grandkids. Jeff is Gen X so he has an innate love of serving and pouring into them. We have thoroughly enjoyed welcoming in the Gen Z kids and grandkids of clients, with Millennials sprinkled in - helping them begin and establish their investment journey.
